Reaching out to Older Adults in their own neighborhoods, PIC has established ‘Warm Houses’, a place where neighbors come together to support one another.  Warm Houses help combat social isolation through events like ice cream socials, crafting sessions, and learning opportunities on relevant topics.  In these moments, heartfelt conversations are shared, meaningful friendships are formed, and a strong, accessible, social network is created.
