The Member Care team at Partners In Care Maryland, Inc. offers compassionate, person-centered support to help older adults thrive independently. From friendly phone calls and home visits to engaging social learning programs and help navigating country or state agencies, our care services provide a strong foundation of assistance when it’s needed most.

What is Community For Life?

Community For Life (CFL) helps Older Adults to maintain their independence. Working with the State of Maryland, Partners In Care Maryland, Inc. now offers the COMMUNITY FOR LIFE Program (Guaranteed Services) as a way to help Older Adults to age in place- with dignity and respect for as long as possible.

What services are available with this program?

Up to 6 hours of Transportation.
Up to 2 hours of items of home maintenance.
- Help check off the items on your “honey-do” list
Unlimited Service Navigation.
- Like a personal concierge
You are part of the Partners In Care Community, with opportunities for social engagement.
CFL Members are necessary to help support Partners In Care Service Exchange Model
