Join us at Partners In Care’s Fall Prevention Fair as we come together with our Community to address falls which threaten the independence of older adults. Did you know? A quarter of older Americans fall each year, with over 3 million ending up in the emergency room. Let’s work together to prevent these accidents and keep our Older Adults safe in their own homes.
