How It Works
Support That Goes Both Ways
PIC employs a distinctive approach called Service Exchange & Time Banking, enabling members to simultaneously offer volunteer assistance and receive reciprocal support.
Members contribute through activities like providing transportation, making supportive calls, or assisting with household repairs. In exchange, they gain access to services and can accumulate hours via their volunteer contributions and donations for later redemption.
Non-member volunteers and donors remain welcome and receive tax documentation for qualifying donations alongside the intrinsic reward of contributing to our mission.
