Our Mobility Bus offers reliable, community-focused transportation. This fee-based, on-demand service is available 7 days a week and accommodates wheelchairs, powerchairs, and other mobility devices—providing a safe, flexible, and friendly transportation experience.
A Comfortable, Accessible Ride—When You Need It
Our Mobility Bus program is available to members age 60 and older in Anne Arundel County who need dependable, affordable transportation. It’s an ideal option for older adults who no longer drive, require mobility assistance, or prefer a more comfortable and supportive travel experience.
Every person-centered ride includes support from a volunteer driver, a safe and welcoming environment, and a focus on community. It goes beyond getting from point A to B, turning every trip into a social connection experience where friendships grow.
How to Participate
Complete the registration form available at PartnersInCare.org or call PIC and ask for Transportation.
There is a one time registration fee of $25 required prior to using this service.

The Mobility Bus is a fee-based, on-demand transportation service. Rides up to 20 miles cost $35 per hour, including wait time. You do not need to be a PIC member to use the service. A one-time registration fee of $25 is required.
You can pay by credit card (online via PayPal), by check, or with cash at the time of your ride. Payment is required before service is provided.
Yes—if your appointment lasts 1–2 hours, the driver will usually wait. For longer appointments, the driver may return later, depending on other scheduled trips.
Yes. A spouse, family member, or caregiver may ride with you at no additional cost.
No. All rides must be scheduled in advance and are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not offer same-day or emergency transportation.
