At Partners In Care Maryland, Inc. our mission is to create a community where Older Adults can live independently in their own homes, actively engaged, and connected with their neighbors. Unfortunately, many of our struggling neighbors face challenges such as living in isolation and lacking transportation for essential errands like medical appointments and grocery shopping.
We are reaching out to you because we believe in the power of Community and the positive impact we can make together. The Unity Campaign is our initiative to secure funding that will enable us to expand our Programs and reach Older Adults, allowing them to Age In Place with Dignity and Respect.
