"I am blind in one eye and have low-vision in the other -- so I don't drive. Always felt like I was "begging" someone for a ride to a Dr.s appt. Read about Partners in Care in the local newspaper and gave them a call. I'm now a member and feel like I have my independence back. I call, get a ride with great people who want to serve. Thanks for what you do."
