Partners In Care Unveils New Logo Reflecting Growth, Collaboration, and the Future of Care
PASADENA, Md. – Partners In Care (PIC) today unveiled a refreshed logo and visual identity that reflects the organization’s growth, expanded collaboration within Chesapeake Health Partners, and its continued commitment to helping older adults age independently in their homes and communities.
The new visual identity comes as Partners In Care continues to expand its community impact and strengthen its integration within Chesapeake Health Partners, positioning the organization for future growth and enhanced collaboration across the continuum of care.
For decades, Partners In Care has been a trusted source of compassionate care and support throughout Maryland. The new logo honors that legacy while embracing a future built on innovation, collaboration, and stronger community connections.
“As Partners In Care continues to grow, it is important that our brand reflects both who we are today and where we are going,” said Amy Van Orden, Director of Operations ,Partners In Care. “Our new visual identity represents the strength of our partnership within Chesapeake Health Partners while remaining rooted in the values that have guided us for more than 30 years—Neighbors Helping Neighbors.”
The refreshed logo introduces a modern visual identity designed to reflect the organization’s mission, growth, and future direction. While the organization’s appearance is evolving, the heart of Partners In Care remains unchanged.
What is changing:
• A refreshed logo and visual identity
• A more modern brand appearance
• A visual representation of the organization’s growth and future vision
What is not changing:
• The mission of helping older adults remain independent in their homes and communities
• The services and programs offered
• The organization’s commitment to members, volunteers, donors, and families
• The people and values that define Partners In Care
As part of Chesapeake Health Partners and through its deepening collaboration with Hospice of the Chesapeake, Partners In Care is creating new opportunities to share expertise, strengthen resources, and expand the collective impact of its services throughout the community.
“The logo may look different, but the care, compassion, and commitment behind it remain exactly the same,” Van Orden added. “Together, we are building a stronger future while staying true to the mission and values that have guided us for years.”
Partners In Care’s new visual identity will begin appearing across digital platforms, printed materials, signage, and community communications throughout the coming months.
