Community For Life (CFL) helps Older Adults to maintain their independence. Working with the State of Maryland, Partners In Care Maryland, Inc. now offers the COMMUNITY FOR LIFE Program (Guaranteed Services) as a way to help Older Adults to age in place- with dignity and respect for as long as possible.

• Up to 6 hours of Transportation.
• Up to 2 hours of items of home maintenance. 
  • Help check off the items on your “honey-do” list
• Unlimited Service Navigation.
  • Like a personal concierge
• You are part of the Partners In Care Community, with opportunities for social engagement.
• CFL Members are necessary to help support Partners In Care Service Exchange Model

• Members pay a monthly rate of $216.

The Community For Life program is offered at all 6 of our counties: Anne Arundel, Caroline, Frederick, Montgomery, Talbot and Washington County.
