We are a 501(c)(3) community nonprofit organization helping older adults remain independent in their own homes. We operate using the concept of time-exchange. Volunteer members are encouraged to use their time and talents to help others and, in exchange, will receive help back from the community when they need it. Everyone has something to contrbute and is valued for it. We support aging in place by providing arm-in-arm transportation services, making handyman repairs to maintain homes, advocating for economic well-being, and a variety of other programs to support choice, independence, meaningful volunteer engagement, and dignity.

The National Alliance for Caregiving (www.caregiving.org) has recognized Partners In Care with the 2010 National Family Caregiving Award. We are one of only nine programs in the country to receive this accolade. We are happy to support caregivers and relieve some of the pressure they bear.
