Warm Houses Program

 

 

 

"Warm Houses" is our innovative program to combat social isolation and bring people together in their own neighborhoods for conversation and camaraderie. New relationships are made and services are exchanged in a 'virtual' community that supports everyone for a richer, healthier life.  

 

 

Gail Blackwell is our VISTA Volunteer Coordinator for Warm Houses and has developed thriving groups in a number of communitities.  The program is intended to strengthen the network of care around older adults.
